Porwal Auto Components Limited established in 1992 , is one of the major foundry units of central India. We are specializing in Green Sand and VLFC Casting process. Needless to say the whole moulding process is automised to achieve consistently good quality castings.

We pride ourselves in supplying casting and machined components of Ductile Iron, Grey Iron and Alloy Steel for critical applications weighing 1 kg to 900 kg single pieces.

As OEM supplier our major segments cover Commercial Vehicles (Auto), Defense, Locomotive, Railway Coach Manufacturing units and Public Sectors.

Our current production capacity of 21600 MT per annum. We are in the process of further capacity expansion to additional 1200 MT per annum.

Proactive Planning (APQP): We utilize Advanced Product Quality Planning methodologies for all new and revised products to prevent issues, including detailed Gating Design & Risering.
Quality Management System (QMS): We maintain and continually improve our QMS, ensuring all personnel are trained and equipped to adhere to standard operating procedures.

Metallurgical Integrity:We maintain rigorous control over raw material procurement, melting, spheroidizing, and heat treatment to guarantee the final mechanical properties (e.g., Yield Point, Tensile Strength, Elongation) and chemical components meet.

Modern Technology: We invest in newest technologies and simulation systems (like SOFTCAST) to anticipate and correct casting defects before they occur.
Quality Control at Every Phase: We implement meticulous quality control checks throughout the entire production cycle, from design and modeling to final packing and delivery.
Inspection: We perform all required testing, including Non-Destructive Testing (UT, RT), destructive inspection, and dimensional verification, ensuring all material certifications and first-piece inspections accompany the shipment as required by the customer.
